Trigger warning: grief/loss, trauma.
Molly asked the Not Good audience what the most difficult part of the holiday season is, and the people spoke. Holiday stress boils down to three main areas, which Molly coins the 3 F's: family, finances, and feelings.
Molly shares holiday traditions sent in by listeners, followed by some validation of the three F's and how we can make this season a little bit easier on ourselves and each other.
